-Generating conversations with potential clients who have shown interest through email, text, and call. 

-Following up with past potential clients who did not become clients to bring them back in.

-Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable. You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.

DISQUALIFIERS: Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:

-Have less than 6 months of sales experience

-Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only 

-Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed

-Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills

-Can’t take criticism or feedback

Outcomes & Responsibilities

30 Day Targets

Learn all tech systems & product offerings to be effective in the position + fully go through course content

Begin taking calls

Be fully ramped to our minimum acceptable KPI's

KPI's

100 sets a month= 5 sets/day for 20 working days (minimum acceptable standard) 

60% set show rate (minimum acceptable standard)

30% set close rate (minimum acceptable standard)

The Pay

Compensation for this position is a base + performance pay, with on-track earnings between $53K-110K/yr.

4) Skills test with Max, the CEO

We will have a mock sales call and test your abilities.

5)Training Period

A two week intensive training period for you to get ramped up on calls.
